What is a 360° FEEDBACK process?

360° Feedback is an assessment process in which an individual receives quantitative and qualitative performance feedback from systematically collected data.  In other words, WHAT they do.  A 360° circle represents the circle of people with whom an individual interacts.  The circle may include any combination of self, peers, manager/supervisors, direct reports, internal/external customers and others who have working contact.  From this "circle", the information collected can assist the participant in creating a career plan and identifying meaningful developmental activities directly related to current and future-needed skills.
