Dr.
Jan Northup, President of Management Training
Systems, Inc., is an internationally known author, speaker,
organizational strategist and training specialist.
In 1983, Dr. Northup began serving as a confidential advisor,
executive coach and strategic and transitional planning consultant to
senior-level decision makers in military and government agencies.
As an outgrowth of planning session needs assessment of future
competency and skills requirements, she designed, wrote and conducted
numerous leadership, team-building and professional development
training programs for employees.
With a degree in education, she has almost thirty years
experience in teaching and training development.
For the past twenty-five years, Jan has focused her efforts in
working with adult learning and group facilitation as a contractor to
public and private organizations.
Close to a million people worldwide have attended her seminars,
training classes and presentations.
As
a Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst, she has assisted
organizations in meeting employee development needs in subjects
including Mentoring,
Conflict Resolution, Team-Building, Wellness in the Workplace and
Project Planning. Dr. Northup created The

the Public Broadcasting Service.

She has made frequent radio and television appearances
discussing the factors that make the difference in the lives of
successful people. She has been the featured speaker at numerous
regional and national conferences and was the first woman to conduct a
nationwide speaking tour of Australia on women's management issues.
Sheryl
Stephen, Director of
Operations,
brings to any project a unique combination of technical and human
relations expertise. Beyond
her formal training in the counseling and coaching arena, she has kept
current with the technical demands of the learning process.
Upon joining MTS, Ms. Stephen quickly applied her people skills
in working with clients requiring one-on-one analysis of business
needs. She then presented
intervention strategies to improve organizational performance and
resolve issues impeding organizational success.
Ms. Stephen is a Certified
Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst.
Additionally, she engaged in on-line training and personal
coaching to up-level the technical ability required to support clients
in implementing the various on-line products offered by MTS and
created the MTS websites. She
continues to offer personalized attention to MTS clients in assisting
with designing and implementing assessments, de-briefing behavioral
and values analyses reports and providing technical training and
support to clients.
