PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE AND NETIQUETTE

In today's competitive business environment, projecting poise and everyday manners can contribute to getting ahead or being left behind.  Professional Etiquette and Netiquette allows participants the opportunity to explore issues including first impressions, interviewing, gender issues in the workplace, worker privacy, professional dress, meeting and introduction formalities, writing e-mails and business correspondence and business manners needed for picnics to formal dinners.  Discussions, activities and role-plays will allow participants the opportunity to practice and integrate practical advice on these topics and more.

bulletRespect business customs of other cultures.
